New Friday Classes and Dojo Hours
Starting January 8, 2010, we will be adding new Fitness Kickboxing class on Fridays at 5:15 p.m. A new Muay Thai class will be added on Fridays at 6:00 p.m. The gym will now close at 7:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Support USKO at World Championship Muay Thai on December 5, 2009
Sensei Joey, Coach Sheila Telliard and Coach Michelle Percival will be fighting December 5, 2009 at Buffalo Bills at State Line. Tickets at the front desk are $25, $35 and $50. Hotel rooms are only $49 per night with our code TSTHAI.

Class time changes start May 27
Class times change begin on Wednesday, May 27th. Muay Thai classes change to Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 and 7:30. Fitness Kickboxing changes to 5:00 and 6:45.

25, 2008: Congratulations to our Grappling Coach Georgi Karakhanyan!
Georgi Karakhanyan took a fight on one day notice to go fight in Missouri on September 5th. He went up a weight class to fight at 155 lbs. Georgi won via TKO in Round 2.

September 4, 2008: Congratulations to our Grappling Coach Georgi
Karakhanyan!
Coach Georgi qualified for the U.S. World Team trials to
represent the U.S. Grappling Team. Riley Miller and Ivan Anguiano
also placed first and third in their divisions.
Dont forget coach Georgi Karakhanyan is fighting in the Gladiator Challenge September 20. Tickets are still available at the gym.
